Why Individualized Training?
Not every runner is built the same so why should we be expected to train the same? Each one of us has a different work schedule, hobbies, time we go to sleep/wake up, and sports background. Our bodies also differ in how we respond to fatigue, how we move, and when our minds hit a mental “wall” during training and a race. That’s just to name a few! Whether you’re a runner who is juggling full plates wanting to learn how to balance running with everything else going on, looking to get your best time yet, or break out of a slump- I’m here for you. As your running coach, my focus is to truly individualize your training plan to your needs and goals.
