I have been a runner for over 10 years of my life-

as a competitive high school, collegiate, & now amateur runner. At this point, I have more memories involving running than not running!

The running journey to your end goal is where the magic happens. Working with me means you’ll not only show up to your goal race feeling secure, knowledgeable, & supported but better equipped to run for many years to come! I’m a huge advocate for cross-training & resistance training as a runner. All individualized training plans with me will include how to best pair both with your running.
